Do you accept insurance?
While I do not accept insurance, services can be reimbursable for out-of-network benefits from several insurance plans. Please consult with your insurance provider for “out of network benefit” policies. I will supply an invoice at the end of each month, which you can use to file a claim with your insurance carrier.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask that clients cancel or reschedule their appointments within 24 hours or they will be responsible for paying the full session fee.
What is your session fee?
Please contact me to discuss fees. I do offer sliding scale options, however services may be covered in full or in part by your out-of-network health insurance.
